So I did my elliptical yesterday. I only made it 13 minutes, which was tough! (I hope to work my way up to 20 min and eventually 30).
Anyhoo... last night I injured my foot... badly enough that I cannot comfortably walk on it. What kind of bad timing is THAT?? Fortunately, I do not believe I actually broke anything and walking is getting a little bit easier as the day progresses, but there is no way I can get on the elliptical today... ouch!
I just hope that letting it rest today will heal it enough so I can get back on tomorrow. I am hoping to do 5x per week but if I can at least get 3 in this first week, I'll be pleased!
