I did the elliptical yesterday... 15 minutes this time. Only one more workout this week and I'll have 3 for the week. The problem is going to be fitting in that 3rd one. My dad is still visiting and we are out and about each day. We'll see! At least I'm getting exercise walking all over the place while we're out ;)
Five more days until I start with the eating too. I think I'm going to aim for 1600 calories to start and adjust according to how much of a loss I see. I don't know if I can consistantly eat less than that at the start anyway. I get SO hungry at the start of a diet... obviously I normally eat too much :(
I may dig out my volumetrics book and try reading that to give me some ideas on how to feel fuller without killing the diet. I'm also reading around online for healthier low-cal snack ideas (as well as motivation).
I think I'm heading towards the right mindset here... not completely there yet but I'm working on it!
